The location was pleasant, very close to restaurants and other eateries, and Chichester Harbour, in a domestic area. My king room was available with central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines.  

The staff in general is welcoming and amicable. It is an elegant building, the rooms are gorgeous with views over the garden to the estuary.

Beautiful and marvellous location to the restaurant we had booked, we really enjoyed it. Further, it was just next door to Emsworth town centre and Portsmouth or Chichester.

I had spotless and airy room with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The setting was pleasant, right by restaurants and other eateries, the glorious gardens and Emsworth.

Incredibly beautiful characterful hotel with lovely views over the garden. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines.

No complaint, the venue met the purpose, would be happy to recommend it. It was a such wonderful stay for our one night. Everything was GOOD and the staff were fantastically friendly and excellent.

Extra special overall experience. A good old and peaceful place to stay when in Emsworth. Well-appointed and well-equipped room with its views for miles and excellent service.

Peaceful hotel with excellent personnel and stunningly beautiful view over the garden. Delicious breakfast with lots of food options. Nice and perfect location near the station. And very close to Chichester as well as restaurants or pubs.  

The units are huge, good sized with great views, tea plus the garden. The staff is very very helpful as well as hotel's owner.
